Quess Corp has announced its 18th Annual General Meeting for August 29, 2025, via video conference, to approve the audited financial results for FY24-25. The company reported FY24-25 consolidated revenue of ₹14,967.2 Cr, with EBITDA at ₹262.3 Cr (+12% YoY) and adjusted PAT at ₹210.2 Cr (+54% YoY). Post-demerger, Quess Corp is now a pure-play Workforce Management firm. The Board confirmed an interim dividend of ₹4/share and proposes a final dividend of ₹6/share for FY24-25. The firm aims to return up to 75% of free cash flow to shareholders from FY26 onwards.
