Hero MotoCorp conducted its 42nd Annual General Meeting virtually. Chaired by Dr. Pawan Munjal, the company highlighted its global reach with 12.5 Cr customers and 24 years as the world's largest two-wheeler manufacturer. In FY25, Hero delivered 0.59 Cr vehicles and saw 43% international market growth. Shareholders adopted the FY25 financial statements and approved a total dividend of Rs. 165 per share (Rs. 100 interim, Rs. 65 final). The meeting also saw the re-appointment of directors and discussed advancements in EV, sustainability initiatives, and corporate recognitions.
