Alstone Textiles' Board has made key appointments for corporate governance and oversight. Parul Agrawal & Associates was appointed as Secretarial Auditor for FY2025-26. Mr. Anil Prakash was appointed as Internal Auditor for five years, based on the Audit Committee's input. Additionally, Mr. Sanjay Tulsidas Bhanushali and Mr. Asutosh Arun Sahu have joined as Additional Non-Executive & Independent Directors, enhancing board independence.
