The delay is due to the ongoing conversion of recently acquired subsidiaries' financial statements into Indian Accounting Standards (Ind-AS), which is necessary for finalizing consolidated results. The Board will also discuss a rights issue, ESOP, and an amalgamation scheme. Consequently, the trading window, which closed on July 1, will now remain shut until August 17.
