Mazda Limited's board met and approved the financial results for the quarter. The 35th Annual General Meeting is scheduled for September 18, 2025, to be held virtually via video conferencing. The board also made key appointments: M/s. Rutul Shukla & Associates were appointed as Secretarial Auditor for a five-year term, pending shareholder approval at the upcoming AGM. Additionally, M/s.
