Infosys's subsidiary, Infosys McCamish Systems (IMS), has resolved a data breach matter with the State of Oregon Attorney General's Office. IMS entered an Assurance of Voluntary Compliance to settle concerns regarding a past data breach. Importantly, this agreement is not an admission or finding that IMS violated any acts. As part of the resolution, IMS will pay $225,000. This action helps put a past cyber incident behind the company without admitting fault, clearing a potential overhang for investors.
