Alembic Pharmaceuticals Limited's 15th Annual General Meeting concluded with all nine resolutions passing. Shareholders approved the audited financial results for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2025, and the dividend payment. Mr. Shaunak Amin's reappointment as Director and the appointment of statutory auditors also received strong shareholder support. While Mr. Chirayu Amin was appointed Executive Chairman with 93.87% approval and Mr. Pranav Amin re-appointed Managing Director with 90.73% approval, these two resolutions saw significant opposition from public institutional shareholders. Other auditor appointments and Non-Executive Director compensation were also approved.
