PSP Projects Limited — Others, 05-08-2025: Appointment

PSP Projects' control has shifted as Adani Infra (India) Limited completed its stake acquisition. Adani Infra now holds 13,639,972 equity shares (34.41%), becoming a co-promoter with joint control. Following this, the board has appointed Mr. Kattunga Srinivasa Rao as a Non-Executive Non-Independent Director, representing the Acquirer. Ms. Pooja P. Patel resigned as Whole-Time Director to take on the Chief Executive Officer role. Mr. Prahaladbhai S Patel's designation changed to Chairman and Managing Director. The board also approved amendments to the company's Articles of Association.
