Barak Valley Cements has appointed Mrs. Preeti Bhatia as its new Company Secretary and Compliance Officer. A qualified Company Secretary, she will also serve as a Whole-time Key Managerial Personnel. This appointment strengthens the company's governance framework, as Mr. Kamakhya Chamaria, Vice Chairman and Managing Director, steps down from his interim Compliance Officer role.
