Manappuram Finance's committee has approved upgrading its Euro Medium Term Note program to a Global Medium Term Note (GMTN) program. This strategic move allows the company to issue senior secured notes up to U.S.$ 200 Cr globally. This enhances financial flexibility and access to international capital markets. Associated consolidated financial statements were also approved.
