Sundaram Clayton Limited — Board Meeting, 06-08-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Sundaram-Clayton's Board approved the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. Consolidated revenue from operations stood at Rs. 511.64 Cr, down from Rs. 580.43 Cr year-on-year. This dip is mainly due to the sale of its Hosur business unit. Despite the revenue decline, the company reported a strong 16% increase in standalone EBITDA, reaching Rs. 70.6 Cr. Operationally, the new Thervoy Kandigai plant in India is fully ramped up, and SCL is consolidating its domestic plants for efficiency. US operations saw their highest quarterly sales at Rs. 79.7 Cr, up 32%, with the new 4,400 Ton machine now in production.
