UNO Minda Limited — Board Meeting, 06-08-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Uno Minda's board meeting on Wednesday approved the consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025, with **Rs 448.91 Cr in revenue** and **Rs 30.90 Cr net profit**.

The board greenlit the appointment of Mr. Randhir Singh Kalsi as a new Independent Director for two years, and the re-appointment of Mrs. Rashmi Hemant Urdhwareshe for a second three-year term.

A key step in its consolidation strategy, the company allotted 2,81,974 new equity shares to shareholders of the recently merged Kosei Minda entities. Uno Minda also plans to invest up to Euro 5 Million in its Spanish subsidiary, Clarton Horn, and received in-principle approval to increase its stake in the Uno Minda Buehler Motor JV.
