Harsha Engineers International Limited — Board Meeting, 06-08-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Harsha Engineers' board meeting approved the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. Consolidated revenue rose to Rs 365.29 Cr from Rs 343.16 Cr year-over-year. Consolidated Profit After Tax (PAT) stood at Rs 37.93 Cr, a rise from Rs 36.05 Cr in the same quarter last year. The Engineering & Others segment continues to drive growth, with the Solar-EPC and O&M segment showing positive operating results this quarter. Earnings per Share (EPS) improved to Rs 4.17.
