UNO Minda Limited — Others, 06-08-2025: Appointment

Uno Minda's Board has approved the financial results for the quarter. The board appointed Mr. Randhir Singh Kalsi as an Independent Director for two years and approved the re-appointment of Mrs. Rashmi Hemant Urdhwareshe for a second three-year term. The company also allotted 2,81,974 equity shares to shareholders of merged entities following their amalgamation scheme. Further investment of up to Euro 5 Million in its Spanish subsidiary, Global Mazinkert, which will flow into Clarton Horn for working capital, was approved. Additionally, in-principle approval was given to acquire more equity in its JV, Uno Minda Buehler Motor Private Limited (which reported Rs 5.16 Cr turnover in FY25), as the partner intends to dilute its stake.
