UNO Minda Limited — Others, 06-08-2025: Appointment

Uno Minda's board meeting approved financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. The company appointed Mr. Randhir Singh Kalsi as an Additional Independent Director for two years and approved the re-appointment of Mrs. Rashmi Hemant Urdhwareshe as an Independent Director for three years, pending shareholder approval. The board allotted 281,974 equity shares under the scheme of amalgamation of three Kosei Minda companies. Further, the company approved investing up to Euro 5 Million in its step-down subsidiary, Clarton Horn, S.A.U., Spain, for working capital. In-principal approval was also given to acquire a stake in Uno Minda Buehler Motor, a joint venture.
