The company's Board has approved key re-appointments and a new auditor. Mr. Sundararajan Perumal Mudaliar is re-appointed as Chairman & MD for three years, while Mrs. H. Lakshmi Priya and Mr. C.R. Rajagopal are re-appointed as Independent Directors for five years each. MDS & Associates LLP is appointed Secretarial Auditor for five years. All these are pending shareholder approval. The Board also proposed a final dividend of Rs.2.00 per share for the last financial year, payable within 30 days of shareholder consent. The 20th Annual General Meeting will be held virtually, with book closure from August 26 to September 1.
