The company's Board has approved a final dividend of Rs. 2.00 per share (20%) for the financial year ended March 31, 2025, subject to shareholder approval. The 20th Annual General Meeting will be held virtually. To ensure leadership continuity and robust governance, Mr. Sundararajan Perumal Mudaliar has been re-appointed Chairman & Managing Director for three years. Mrs. H. Lakshmi Priya and Mr. C.R. Rajagopal were also re-appointed as Independent Directors for five years each. Additionally, MDS & Associates LLP will serve as Secretarial Auditors for five years, enhancing oversight.
