S. P. Apparels Limited — Others, 06-08-2025: Change in Auditors

SP Apparels' Board has approved key re-appointments: Mr. Sundararajan Perumal Mudaliar as Chairman & MD for three years, and Mrs. H. Lakshmi Priya and Mr. C.R. Rajagopal as Independent Directors for five years each. MDS & Associates LLP was appointed as Secretarial Auditor for a five-year term. The Board also proposed a final dividend of Rs. 2.00 per share (20%) for the financial year ended March 31, 2025. The 20th Annual General Meeting will be held virtually on September 1, 2025, where these approvals and dividend will be presented to shareholders.
