NIIT Learning Systems (NIIT MTS) reported strong Q1 FY26 financial results, with Revenue at Rs. 451.4 Cr (up 11% YoY, 5% QoQ) and EBITDA at Rs. 95.1 Cr, representing a 21% margin. Profit After Tax stood at Rs. 49.3 Cr. The company expanded its client base by adding 2 new global Managed Training Services (MTS) clients, bringing the total to 95, with revenue visibility of USD 388 million. NIIT MTS also acquired Germany-based MST Group for Euro 22.37 million, broadening its European footprint and strengthening its managed learning portfolio. The company maintained a 100% contract renewal rate.
