Jyoti CNC Automation's board approved the Q1 FY26 consolidated financial results. Revenue from operations rose to ₹410.17 Cr from ₹361.84 Cr year-on-year. Net Profit After Tax increased to ₹71.42 Cr compared to ₹50.92 Cr last year. EPS grew to ₹3.14. The company plans to expand its overseas sales and service network by setting up or acquiring entities in the USA and China. Additionally, Alay Dave (COO) and Vijay Pratap Singh (Chief Strategy and Transformation Officer) have been designated as Senior Management Personnel.
