Jyoti CNC Automation Limited has announced the outcome of its recent board meeting, where the Q1 FY26 consolidated financial results were approved. The company reported strong performance with Revenue from Operations at ₹410.17 crore and Net Profit After Tax at ₹71.42 crore for the quarter ending June 30, 2025.

In a strategic move, the board approved plans to expand its global reach by setting up or acquiring new sales and service entities in the USA and China. Additionally, Alay Dave (COO) and Vijay Pratap Singh (CSTO) were designated as Senior Management Personnel, following the Nomination & Remuneration Committee's input.
