TD Power Systems' Nomination and Remuneration Committee has approved granting 27,000 Employee Stock Appreciation Rights (ESARs) to an eligible employee under its 2019 compensation plan. The exercise price is Rs.2 per share, with a base price of Rs.390, a 23% discount to the prior day's closing. These new ESARs vest after one year. This grant is part of the ongoing employee incentive program. To date, 19,96,080 ESARs have been granted under the plan, with 19,30,140 vested and 18,95,057 exercised. This mechanism aligns employee interests with shareholder value.
