United Spirits Limited — Others, 06-08-2025: Shareholders meeting

United Spirits has announced its Annual General Meeting on Friday, 29th August 2025. Shareholders will vote on adopting the financial results for the year ended 31st March 2025. A final dividend of INR 8 per share is proposed, adding to the interim INR 4 already paid for FY25.
