Welcast Steels announced a leadership change. Mr. V.V.R. Mohana Rao resigned as CEO due to health reasons, effective July 31. The Board, after review by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, has appointed Mr. Gangadurai M. as the new Chief Executive Officer, effective August 6. Mr. Gangadurai brings significant expertise, with 48 years in Foundry, and was formerly General Manager-Operation at AIA Engineering Ltd., the holding company.
