Pecos Hotels and Pubs Ltd — Updates, 06-08-2025: Company Update

Pecos Hotels and Pubs Limited held its 20th Annual General Meeting where shareholders approved several key proposals. The company's audited financial statements for the year ended March 31, 2025, were adopted, and a final dividend of Rs. 3.50 per equity share was declared. Shareholders also re-appointed Mr. Pradosh Dhanraj as a director and M/s Phillipos & Co. as statutory auditors for another five-year term. Additionally, Mr. Pramil Dev was appointed as the Secretarial Auditor for five years. Remuneration for Whole-time Director Mr. Liam Norman Timms at Rs. 1,30,000 per month and Executive Director Mr. Pradosh Dhanraj at Rs. 69,000 per month plus travel allowance was also approved.
