Welcast Steels' Board has approved a leadership change. Mr. V.V.R. Mohana Rao has resigned as Chief Executive Officer due to health reasons, with his departure becoming effective recently. The Board has appointed Mr. Gangadurai M. as the new Chief Executive Officer, effective as of his appointment. Mr. Gangadurai brings substantial experience, with nearly 48 years in the Foundry sector. He holds a B.E. in Metallurgy and an MBA, and previously served as General Manager - Operation at AIA Engineering Ltd., the company's holding entity. This transition aims to leverage new expertise in the CEO role.
