Pidilite Industries Limited — Board Meeting, 06-08-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Pidilite Industries has announced a board meeting where it approved the consolidated financial results for the quarter ended 30th June 2025. The company reported Revenue from Operations of Rs 3,753.10 Cr and a Profit for the period attributable to shareholders of Rs 672.41 Cr. Basic EPS stood at Rs 13.22. The board also declared a special interim dividend of Rs 10 per equity share for FY26. Furthermore, a 1:1 bonus share issue was proposed, subject to shareholder approval. The company also allotted 20,330 equity shares and granted options for 383,550 equity shares under its ESOP plan.
