Allcargo Gati has released its Monitoring Agency Report on the Qualified Institutions Placement (QIP) proceeds. The report confirms no deviation in the utilization of funds from the stated objectives. From the net proceeds of 161.12 Crore, the company has utilized 100.46 Crore, primarily for repayment of borrowings by its material subsidiary. The unutilized amount of 60.66 Crore is largely held in fixed deposits. Projects like building new operating units and developing proprietary technology still have significant funds pending utilization, expected by end of Fiscal 2026.
