Notice is hereby given that the Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on

Wednesday, 13th August, 2025 to consider and approve the following:

1. Un-Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended

30th June, 2025 along with the Limited Review Report of the Statutory Auditors for the

corresponding period.

2. Any other business item with the permission of the chair.

As per Regulation 46 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015,

Notice of the Board meeting would be made available on the website of the company at

www.saraswaticommercial.com.

Further pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of lnsider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company's Code for

Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in Securities of the Company has already

been closed from 1st July, 2025 till 48 Hours after declaration of the aforesaid Financial Results of the

Company.
