amount upto Rs. 25 crores (Rupees Twenty-Five crores only) in the form of

subscribing of securities/ grant of loan to Infinix9 Hotels & Resorts Private Limited

(Wholly Owned Subsidiary of the Company).

We have to inform you that on 06" August, 2025 the Company has been allotted

500000 (Five Lakhs) 0% Fully Convertible Debentures Series II of face value of

Rs. 100/- each at par of Infinix9 Hotels & Resorts Private Limited.

Till date the Company has acquired 5000000 (Fifty Lakhs) Equity Shares of face

value of Rs. 10/- each at par, 1000000 (Ten Lakhs) 0% Fully Convertible

Debentures of face value of Rs. 100/- each at par and 500000 (Five Lakhs) 0%

Fully Convertible Debentures Series II of face value of Rs. 100/- each at par of

Infinix9 Hotels & Resorts Private Limited.
