Godrej Agrovet Limited — Board Meeting, 06-08-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Godrej Agrovet's board has approved the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. Consolidated Revenue from Operations grew to Rs 2,614.29 Cr, while Profit for the Period reached Rs 148.83 Cr, leading to an EPS of Rs 8.35.

In strategic moves, the company completed the acquisition of an additional 36.79% stake in Creamline Dairy Products for Rs 708.58 Cr, increasing its total holding to 99.32%. Godrej Agrovet also participated in its subsidiary Astec LifeSciences' Rs 249.35 Cr rights issue, boosting its stake in Astec to 67.03%.
