Creative Newtech's board approved the consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. Revenue from operations jumped to ₹392.96 Cr, up from ₹301.01 Cr in the same quarter last year. Net profit stood at ₹10.18 Cr, compared to ₹9.09 Cr previously. Earnings per share (EPS) increased to ₹5.92. The company also announced its 21st Annual General Meeting will be held on September 30, 2025, via video conference, to approve the financial results for the year ended March 31, 2025.
