NCLT, Mumbai Bench-VI dated May 23, 2025 in compliance with the provisions of Regulation 30, and other

applicable provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure

Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ("Listing Regulations") read with Securities and Exchange Board of India

Master Circular no.: SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024 (as amended by SEBI Circular

No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD2/CIR/P/2024/185 dated December 31, 2024), we, hereby wish to inform you that the

said matter was listed and heard today before the Hon'ble NCLT.
