Society Limited, Ram Mandir Road, Goregaon (West), Mumbai - 400104 to consider and approve the

following:

1. The Un-Audited Financial Results along with Limited Review Report for the Quarter ended 30t June,

2025.

2. Any other agenda with the permission of chair.

As'per the Code of Conduct of the Company under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider: Trading) Regulations,

2015, the trading window for dealing in shares of the Company that has been already closed with effect

from 01t July, 2025 shall remain closed till 48 hours after the aforesaid Financial Results are made public.
