Sanghvi Movers Limited — Board Meeting, 06-08-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

SANGHVI MOVERS' Board has approved the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. Consolidated revenue from operations stood at ₹273.36 Cr, with profit for the period at ₹50.26 Cr and EPS at ₹5.80. The company also announced key leadership changes: Mr. Pradeep Mehta is the new CFO, replacing Mr. Sham D. Kajale. Mr. Vinav Agarwal takes over as Company Secretary and Chief Compliance Officer from Mr. Rajesh P. Likhite. Additionally, Mr. Mohammed Almanaseer has been appointed Managing Director of Sanghvi Movers Middle East Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary. Minor adjustments to board committee compositions were also approved.
