the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, 14th August,

2025, at 3:00 p.m. at the Registered office of the company, to consider and approve the

Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the first

quarter ended 30th June, 2025.

Further, in accordance with the Company’s Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and

Report Insider Trading in pursuance of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading)

Regulations, 2015, the trading window for trading in Company’s Equity Shares of the

Company was closed with effect from Tuesday, 1st July, 2025 and will end after 48 hours

after the results are announced on 14th August, 2025
