06.08.2025 which was started at 03:00 PM and concluded at 04:00 PM at the Registered office of the Company

situated at A-7, Sector-7, Noida-201301 considered and approved :-

1. The appointment of Mrs. Parul Suraiya (DIN: 08490663) as an Additional Director and designated as

Independent Director of the Company subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company. The

details required under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements)

Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Master Circular SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November, 11,

2024 is given in Annexure A.

2. Reconstitution of Audit Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee and Stakeholders

Relationship Committee. Details are given in below attached Annexure B.
