CEAT Limited — Others, 06-08-2025: Options to purchase securities

CEAT Limited's Nomination and Remuneration Committee has approved the grant of 108,572 stock options to eligible employees under the CEAT Employees Stock Option Scheme 2025. Each option can be converted into one equity share at an exercise price of Rs. 2,705.38. This initiative aims to incentivize employees, aligning their interests with shareholder value creation. Options can be exercised within three years post-vesting. The scheme is implemented through a Trust that will acquire existing shares from the market.
