Regulations, 2015 (Listing Regulations), we wish to inform you that Mr. Amit A. Chavan,

has tendered his resignation from the position of Company Secretary, Compliance Officer

and Chief Financial Officer of the Company, to pursue an alternate career opportunity

outside the organisation.

He tendered his resignation vide letter dated August 06, 2025 and will be relieved from

his responsibilities with effect from close of business hours on September 16, 2025.

Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-
