Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, 14th Day of August, 2025 inter alia:

1. To consider and approve the Unaudited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for

the quarter ended 30th June, 2025

2. Any other business with the permission of Chairperson.

As notified by the Company vide letter dated 26th June, 2025, the trading window for dealing in

the securities of the Company has been closed from Tuesday, 1st July, 2025 and shall remain

closed till 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the

quarter ended 30th June, 2025 (i.e. till 16th August, 2025) for all the Designated Persons,

Connected Persons and their relatives covered under the Code.
