Balmer Lawrie has announced its 108th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on September 23 in Kolkata. The Board approved the Annual Report for FY2024-25, including standalone and consolidated financial results. For eligibility for the FY2024-25 dividend, a record date of September 16 has been set. Any dividend declared at the AGM will be paid to eligible shareholders within 30 days. E-voting details were also finalized for the meeting.
