Tilaknagar Industries (TI) has increased its stake in premium craft spirits maker Spaceman Spirits Lab (SSL). TI invested INR 10.66 Cr, boosting its ownership from 12.98% to 21.36%. This strategic move deepens TI's presence in the growing premium segment, leveraging SSL's innovative portfolio including Samsara Gin. TI's extensive distribution network will accelerate SSL's market reach. SSL projects strong FY26 growth, anticipating nearly 70% revenue and 60% volume growth, alongside new product forays into whisky and tequila.
