In continuation to our earlier intimation dated 27th June, 2025, vide which we had

informed that the trading window for dealing in the equity shares of the company shall

remain closed from 1st July 2025 to till 48 hours after the declaration of Un-audited

Financial Results for the quarter ended 30 June, 2025, please be informed that the

meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on 13 August, 2025,

for considering inter-alia Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter

ended 30 June, 2025.

Accordingly, the trading window for dealing in the equity shares of the Company shall

remain closed for the Directors, KMP and other designated employees, etc. covered under

the Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders as implemented

by the Company, till 48 hours after the conclusion of meeting i.e. upto 15% August, 2025.
