1. Appointment of Ms. Harshida J. Parikh as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer and Key

Managerial Personnel of the Company w.e.f. August 06, 2025.

2. Appointment of Ms. Harshida J. Parikh, additionally as the Manager of the Company w.e.f.

August 06, 2025, subject to the approval of the Members at the ensuing 31st Annual General

Meeting of the Company.

Management Studies, Mumbai.

She has 3.5 years of experience in the areas of Secretarial and

Compliance. Her areas of expertise include Company law

matters, SEBI Listing Regulations, etc. She also possesses

general administration, management and leadership skills.
