GPT Healthcare reported its first quarter financial results. Revenue from operations grew 9.5% year-on-year to Rs. 107.1 Cr, with a Net Profit of Rs. 7.7 Cr. The company continues to focus on Eastern India's underserved markets, aiming for a 1,000-bed chain within 2-3 years. A new 158-bed multi-specialty hospital in Raipur, an asset-light model with Rs. 55 Cr investment, was recently commissioned. An MoU for a 150-bed hospital in Jamshedpur, estimated at Rs. 74 Cr, has also been signed, expected by FY27 end.
