Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations

and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ("Listing Regulations"), we hereby inform that

on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of

Directors of the company in its meeting held on 06th August, 2025 has approved the

appointment of Mr. Ramawatar Yadav (DIN: 11189570) as an Additional Director in the

category of Non-Executive Independent Director on the Board of the Company, to hold office for

a first term commencing from 06th August, 2025 to 5th August, 2030, subject to the approval of

the shareholders of the Company, whose office shall not be liable to retire by rotation.
