Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure

Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“SEBI Listing Regulations, 2015”), and SEBI Circular No.

SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated 11th November, 2024, and SEBI Circular No.

SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-2/CIR/P/2024/185 dated 31st December, 2024 (hereinafter to be

referred as “SEBI Circulars”), this is to inform that Mr. Shafeen Charania (DIN: 07283015) has

tendered his resignation as a Chairman and Non-Executive and Non-Independent Director of the

Company effective from 06th August, 2025.

The relevant details as required under Regulation 30 read with Schedule III – Para A of Part A of

the SEBI Listing Regulations, 2015, read with the SEBI Circulars are given in Annexure A.

The Resignation Letter received from Mr. Shafeen Charania is enclosed as Annexure B.
