limited review report for the first quarter and 3 months ended 30t June, 2025.

b. Any other Business as may be decided by the Board of Directors.

Further to inform you that, in compliance with the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider

Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the company

has been closed for all Directors / Officers / Designated Persons / Connected Persons of the

Company from 1st July, 2025 up to 48 hours after the declaration of Un-Audited Financial

Results of the Company for the first quarter and 3 months ended as on 30t June, 2025.
