With reference to above subject and in compliance with Regulation 30 of the Securities and
Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we
hereby submit the outcome of the Meeting of the Board of Director held on today i.e. Thursday,
August 07, 2025, has considered and approved the following: -
1. Took note of Completion of term of existing statutory auditor, M/s. Ravi Karia & Associates,
(FRN: 157029W), Chartered Accountants of the company from the date of ensuing Annual
General Meeting i.e. 31st Annual General Meeting of the company.
2. Appointment of M/s. SHAH VALERA & ASSOCIATES LLP (FRN.- W100238) Statutory Auditor of
the company for 5 years till the conclusion of 36Th Annual General Meeting (AGM) subject to
approval of shareholders in ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM). The requisite disclosure,
pursuant to Part A Para A of Schedule III of Regulation 30 of the SEBI and in terms of SEBI
circular SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/2023/120 dated 11 July 2023 and SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-
PoD1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated 13 July 2023, is enclosed as Annexure I.
3. Reviewed the other business of the company.
