Pursuant to Regulation 33 read with Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and

Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (the “Listing Regulations”), we wish to inform

you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. Thursday,

August 07, 2025, has, inter alia, has considered and approved the Unaudited Standalone

Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 along with the Limited Review Report

issued by the Auditors. Further, we are enclosing herewith the following:

a) Unaudited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June

30, 2025;

b) Limited Review Report issued by M/s Sunil K. Gupta & Associates, Chartered

Accountants (Firm's Registration No. 002154N), Statutory Auditors of the

Company on Unaudited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the

quarter ended June 30, 2025;

c) Disclosure of Statement on deviation or variation for proceeds of rights issue.

The Meeting of Board of Directors commenced at 11:30 A.M. and concluded at 12:15 P.M.
